Peugeot 208 - front tracking

Just six months ago, Peugeot updated its 208 and e-208 with styling revisions, trim levels and powertrain options, and now those trim levels have been tweaked once again. But with no changes to the car’s price.

Entry-level Active Premium and Allure Premium have been replaced with Active Premium+ and Allure Premium+.

New equipment as standard includes dark tinted rear and rear side windows, automatic windscreen wipers and automatic air conditioning. The Active Premium+ also gets safety systems like lane keep assist, speed limit recognition and driver attention warning. Peugeot’s i-Cockpit features and is joined by a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 3.5-inch driver’s display.

Upgrade to the Allure Premium+ and you’ll get 17-inch wheels, pedals and door sills finished in aluminium, a seven-inch touchscreen with sat-nav, a smaller multi-function steering wheel, 3D head-up display and wireless smartphone charging. Above this you get GT and GT Premium models, which haven’t been altered.

The new trim levels are available to order for the 208 now, starting from £17,155 for the Active Premium+. Allure Premium+ kicks off at £17,805 and the sportier GT Line £21,455. The range-topping £30,275 GT model is only offered in e-208 guise.
